Cookies we set

Readers get no cookies from forkandballs.com. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies.

The only cookie this site sets is a sign-in cookie for the people who edit the site. It is created when an editor logs in to the admin area, is marked secure and HTTP-only, and expires after 24 hours.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep automated spam out. Turnstile may store small pieces of data in your browser while it runs its check. It does this only on pages with a form.

Partner shop cookies

Some pages carry links marked as partner or sponsored links. When you click one, you go to the shop's website, and the affiliate network (such as CJ Affiliate or MaxBounty) and the shop may set their own cookies there to record that you arrived from our site. Those cookies belong to them and follow their policies. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings stops most of them.

Managing cookies

All browsers let you see, block and delete cookies. Blocking our sign-in cookie only affects editors; the recipes work the same either way. More about what we collect is in the privacy policy.
